Girls Gymnastics 1---Tuesday 4:00-5:00 PM and/or Thursday 4:00-5:00 PM---
are just beginning gymnastics or girls who are working on USA Gymnastics Level 1
and Level 2 skills. Girls should be age 5 and older (or younger gymnasts may
attend if they are accompanied during class by a parent or another adult). Lesson
plans will include instruction on the Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam, and Tumble Trak.
Each gymnast’s progress will be recorded and ribbons will be earned for new skills.
Boys Gymnastics---Thursday 3:30-4:30 PM---In this class, boys are introduced to
the basics of gymnastics on Floor, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Pommel Horse,
Rings, and Tumble Trak. Lesson plans include the basic skills on the events as
well as many other skills like agility, balance, strength, safety, and how to fall
properly. USA Gymnastics Level 1-4 skills will be taught. Progress will be recorded
and ribbons earned for new skills.
Tumbling and Trak---Thursday 3:30-4:30---These classes are for boys and girls
age 7 and older who like to fly! The focus of these classes will be on the Floor,
Tumble Trak, and Mini Tramp. This is also a perfect add-on class for any of our
other athletes. As the athletes advance, they will start working on transferring skills
from the tramps and trak to the floor. Classes will include instruction on tumbling
skills (from cartwheels, handstands and roundoffs to the more advanced back and
front handsprings), jumping skills and other fun gymnastics.
Tuition for 7-week session for above classes:
$66.50 for one class per week,
$116.50 for two classes per week (same or different).
Girls Gymnastics 2---Tuesday 5:00-6:30 PM and/or Thursday 5:00-6:30 PM---
We are bringing back our ninety minute class for girls who would like to work on
their skills for a longer time in the gym. This class is for girls who have completed
the requirements of USA Gymnastics Level 1 or higher. Advanced gymnastics skills
on Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam and Tumble Trak will be taught, which will include USA
Gymnastics Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 skills. Progress will be recorded and
ribbons will be earned for new skills.
Tuition for 7-week session:
$91.50 for one class per week, $160 for two classes per week.
EMG Team Class---Tuesday 3:30-6:30 and Thursday 4:30-6:30 p.m.---Gymnasts
are invited to be on the EMG Competition Team if they have the skills required of
Level 4 or higher and the devotion to learn and grow in the sport of gymnastics.
Gymnasts will learn the necessary skills and routines for their level and will have
the opportunity to participate in USA Gymnastics competitions throughout North
Dakota and Montana. Tuition for 7-week session will be $180.
