Students can enroll in different classes---the second class will be at a 25% discount.
Second Class Discount: Prices above for the same second class for the week are at a 25% discount.
Family Discount: The third (and following) tuitions will be at a 25% discount. (Highest tuitions ranked first.)
Classes will be held on all Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 31 through May 13 at the above times except for these days:

Girls Gymnastics 1---Monday and/or Thursday 3:30-4:30 p.m.---For girls age 5 and older (or younger gymnasts who are accompanied during class by a parent or another adult). In our Gymnastics classes, girls are introduced to the basics of gymnastics on Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam, and Tumble Trak. Classes start with a warm-up and stretch followed by a rotation of 3 different events each week. Lesson plans include the basics on the events as well as many other skills, like agility, balance, strength, safety, and how to fall properly. Pre-school and USA Gymnastics Level 1 skills will be taught. Progress will be recorded and ribbons will be earned for new skills.
Boys Gymnastics 1---Monday 3:30-4:30---In this class, boys are introduced to the basics of gymnastics on Floor, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Pommel Horse, Rings, and Tumble Trak. Classes start with a warm up and stretch followed by a rotation of 3 different events each week. Lesson plans include the basic skills on the events as well as many other skills like: agility, balance, strength, safety, and how to fall properly. Progress will be recorded and ribbons earned for new skills.
Girls Gymnastics 2---Monday 3:30-4:30 and/or Thursday 3:30-4:30 p.m.---For girls who have completed the requirements for USA Gymnastics Level 1. Advanced gymnastics skills on Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam and Tumble Trak will be taught, which include USA Gymnastics Level 2, 3 and 4 skills. Classes start with a warm-up and stretch followed by a rotation of 3 different events each week. Progress will be recorded and ribbons will be earned for new skills.
Girls Gymnastics 3---Monday 4:30-5:30 or Monday 4:30-5:30 and Thursday 3:30-4:30 p.m.---For girls who have completed the requirements for USA Level 2. Advanced gymnastics skills on Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam and Tumble Trak will be taught, which include USA Gymnastics Level 3 and 4 skills. Classes start with a warm-up and stretch followed by a rotation of 3 different events each week. Progress will be recorded and ribbons will be earned for new skills.
Tumbling and Trak---Monday 4:30-5:30 and/or Thursday 3:30-4:30---These classes are for boys and girls age 7 and older who like to fly! The focus of these classes will be on the Floor, Tumble Trak, and Mini Tramp. This is also a perfect add-on class for any of our other athletes. As the athletes advance, they will start working on transferring skills from the tramps and trac to the floor. Classes will include instruction on tumbling skills (from cartwheels, handstands and roundoffs to the more advanced back and front handsprings), jumping skills and other fun gymnastics.
Teens Class---Monday 4:30-5:30 p.m.---For girls ages 12 and up who want to keep or improve their gymnastics skills. Classes will include instruction on all four events (vault, bars, beam, floor) and the Tumble Trak.
Boys Team---Tuesday 3:30-6:30 p.m. and/or Thursday 4:30-6:30 p.m.--- Boys are invited to be on the EMG Competition Team if they have the skills required of Level 4 or higher and the devotion to learn and grow in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnasts will learn the necessary skills and routines for their level and will have the opportunity to participate in USA Gymnastics competitions throughout North Dakota and Montana.
Girls Team Class---Tuesday 3:30-6:30 and Thursday 4:30-6:30 p.m.---Girls are invited to be on the EMG Competition Team if they have the skills required of Level 4 or higher and the devotion to learn and grow in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnasts will learn the necessary skills and routines for their level and will have the opportunity to participate in USA Gymnastics competitions throughout North Dakota and Montana.
